The Defense Acquisition University (DAU) and the Information Technology Acquisition Advisory Council (IT-AAC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding at DAU on May 25, 2010. The MOU evidenced the desire to collaborate on furthering DoD IT acquisition reform effectiveness.
